Everything started in 2009 when we opened the restaurant.

With an unwavering vision, we wanted to fulfill our passion and bring an extraordinary dining experience to the heart of the countryside.
Vision
Being passionate about wine, it was in 2016, after a few years of reflection, that we decided to take advantage of our rich terroir to embark on viticulture.
We plant the following grape varieties,
Black Frontenac, Marquette, Petite Perle, White Frontenac and Muscat.

Assignment
We cultivate the land ourselves and carry out all the stages of the process, that is to say from the vine to the bottle. Our approach to winemaking is to treat each grape variety individually in order to bring out its qualities and expressions.
We produce small quantities and the aim of our work is to offer modern, innovative and easy-drinking wines for any occasion.
